Vastplan SDA Homes began with a simple belief: everyone deserves a home where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to live life on their own terms.
After seeing the challenges that many NDIS participants and their families face when searching for the right accommodation, we set out to create something better. A service that puts people first, that listens before it acts, and that understands the human side of every housing decision.

Shirley is passionate about supporting NDIS participants throughout their SDA journey and building meaningful relationships with participants, families, and support coordinators. Drawing on her experience across the health and construction industries, she provides personalised guidance to help participants find a place they can truly call home.

Sabrina’s passion for SDA comes from her personal experience supporting her older brother, who lives with a disability. Her lived experience gives her a deep understanding of the challenges participants and families face, and she is dedicated to helping people find a home where they feel supported, empowered, and truly at home.
